Weight norms, parameters and necessary physical training for a woman


To be popular with men, a woman of any weight should be able to perform the following exercises:
- Reach the man’s house, even if he lives in a nearby village (brisk walking or jogging 5-10 km)
- get through to the man at the door (if idle) and out the window (if married)
- quickly ride a man for 30-40 minutes (horse riding helps a lot, but in general any cardio load will work during this time)
- to lift a man on the arms, to carry him out of a burning hut (basic exercises with weights)
- sail with a man in a boat (rowing 30 minutes)

- brisk walking or jogging 15-20 km (when there is no money for a taxi)

- sprint from his mom

- Waltz - 30 minutes, as a way of dating
- Menuet - 30 minutes, as an option of proximity
- horse riding 3 times a month
* additional options if your man is a sissy
