Toilet for cattle in traffic police of St. Petersburg
Remember the terrifying types of "toilet for livestock" in the traffic police of Kazan? In the capital of Tatarstan, at first they were very offended at the post, and then they promised to remove that toilet and make it normal. By the way, did anyone know anything has changed since November?
In general, I sincerely hoped that in other departments of the traffic police visitors are treated as people. But you can never rush to conclusions.
Because compared to the toilet in one of the departments of the traffic police of St. Petersburg, Kazan closet will seem to you more decent.
Tyarlevo is a small village south of St. Petersburg, between Pushkin and Pavlovsk. There is a traffic police department of the Pushkin district (formally refers to St. Petersburg). In general, my reader sent me scary photos of the toilet near the building where they make an accident ... Here is his story:
"Good afternoon, I would like to draw your attention to the violation of the rights of citizens in the traffic police department of the Pushkin District (serves Pushkin District and the town of Pavlovsk). Address: Novaya Street, 1, Tärlevo, St. Petersburg.
In the building where citizens are received for registration of an accident, people wait for reception sometimes up to two and a half hours. Unfortunately, I recently got into an accident and was among these poor fellows. In the building, at first glance, there is no toilet - three rooms and a service room. Outside the building, I discovered three cabins of dry closets, the state of which is terrifying:
In the main building of traffic police (building number 1) entrance is closed.
I wrote a complaint to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in a couple of weeks I received an answer. It follows from the answer that there is a toilet in the building, and it is assumed that there is free access for citizens to it:
A couple of days later I drove into Tyarlevo. On the door of the room, which leads in its response to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, hangs a sign "Office space." The door is locked. Before my eyes, a police officer went in there, opening the door with a key, and when leaving, he closed it. To my question "Where is the toilet?" a police officer said, "On the street." I asked if he meant the cab of the dry closet - he answered in the affirmative.
Thus, dozens of people receiving public services are forced to endure need or use a toilet that does not meet either sanitary standards or the concept of human dignity.
At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs shamelessly sends photos of the toilet, which, in fact, only employees can use. "
I do not even know what else to add. In St. Petersburg in 3 days the World Championship starts. Even it’s not necessary to pretend to be the center of St. Petersburg in order to be a European city, only some barbaric traditions spoil the impression. But less than an hour from the center of St. Petersburg, instead of a comfortable clean toilet, people are forced to go outside to a booth with a hole that has not been washed for years. And this is a public institution!
And the traffic cops left a normal toilet for themselves, remaking it into an "office space". By the way, I want to throw another idea to the St. Petersburg police. Why not close this building to visitors at all? Let slaves waiting on the street! Throw dirty rags on the same parking lot of police cars next to the toilets - you get a beautiful waiting room.
