In addition, a hot foot bath is often used as a wonderful folk remedy for colds. Warm water, the temperature of which is close to body temperature, will have a calming effect that, by providing foot care at home, will also help you relax. Water of cold temperature will help to remove fatigue of feet, to be freshened and cheered up. A cold foot bath is an excellent remedy for insomnia.
Before taking a salt procedure, you needwash your feet with warm running water and soap. The duration of the bath is 10-20 minutes.
