Pies with jam as an ornament of any festive table

Pies with jam, being an extraordinary meal, have been prepared in Russia for a very long time. Pies as an independent dish of Russian cuisine have reached our time, not succumbing to foreign influence.

We suggest trying a fairly simple anda relatively quick way to cook pies with jam. To do this, you will need to prepare a mixture of two glasses of flour, one glass of sugar and strong brew. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable refined oil, a teaspoon of hydrated soda vinegar and a half teaspoon of salt.

All must be thoroughly mixed until homogeneous. Bake at a temperature of not more than 220 degrees in oiled or margarine form.

For the filling, mix the rice cooked in advance with the boiled eggs, cut into cubes.

Wrap the filling in flat cakes and form the patties. Put them on a baking sheet, sprinkled with flour a little, and then top the pies with a beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees in the oven.

As a dessert for tea you can bake not only pies with jam, but many others. For example, berry pies.

For their preparation, take 500 grams of flour, 160gram of margarine, 4 yolks, half a glass of milk and 30 grams of yeast. Also two tablespoons of sugar, half a glass of fatty sour cream, to the taste of vanillin and 500 grams of berries. From these ingredients, you can prepare very tasty, fragrant and at the same time quite beautiful and unusual open pies with berries that will decorate your dining table.

So, add the margarine with flour, adding yeast,diluted in advance in warm milk, and ground yolks with vanillin and sugar. Mix on the sour cream lavish dough. Roll out the cake, put it on parchment and oil with protein. Over lay out the berries and put the cake in some warm place for an hour. Bake 45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of about 220 degrees. Sprinkle the baked finished pie with powdered sugar.
