Stir 1 tbsp. a spoon of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of rice flour (chop rice in a coffee grinder), with 1 teaspoon of any vegetable oil, with the same amount of sugar, and from art. spoon of milk. The resulting composition is applied to clean, moist skin, and gently massage it for two minutes. Wash your face with warm water.
Mask with honey and essential oil
Spread 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grape, peach or apricot kernel oil, almond oil or wheat germ oil.
Apply the resulting mass on scaly skin, massage it a little and hold the mask for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the mask with a cotton swab dipped in warm water.
