Storage of yeast free dough
It is best to store the pizza dough in portions, wrap each of them in cling film and put in the freezer. It can be stored in it for up to 5 months. If you have biscuit dough, then first put it in a hermetically sealed container. Then wrap it in plastic wrap. Store the dough on the shelf of the refrigerator can be no more than 7 days, and in the freezer - up to 4 months.
