Dr. Laskin's Diet

After all, buckwheat is a source of quercetin, which contributes to the restoration of the destroyed function of cancer-degenerated cells, and this, in turn, allows you to get the cells necessary for life enzymes.

Dr. Laskin's Anti-Cancer Diet

The first thing you need to learn is the rules of the Laskin diet:

  • A day should drink at least 2 liters of water.
  • Forget about canned food.
  • Vegetables should not be fried and boiled.
  • Ensure that the diet was as much fiber as possible. Do not allow constipation, they indicate a deficiency of fiber.
  • Limit animal protein: 40 grams per day for women, and 60 grams for men.
  • Sugar is nowhere to be added!
  • As for table salt, it can only be 0.5 gr per day.

Diet of Dr. Laskin - Stage 1

The first stage of the Laskin diet is strict, it lasts exactly 47 days. The doctor does not recommend changing anything in the diet.

Diet of Dr. Laskin - Stage 2

This stage will last 4.5 months.

  • Every morning, you should eat porridge from the dog rose on an empty stomach.
  • After half an hour, start breakfast. Mon, Wed, Sat, eat buckwheat cereal according to Laskin's recipe, raisins and 2 slices of bread from wholemeal. Also, drink a cup of green tea. In the Tues and in Thurs, replace buckwheat with oatmeal porridge according to Laskin's recipe, and in Fri and Sun - rice porridge.

  • At lunch on Mon, Thurs - soup of beans, salad fromfresh vegetables and salmon according to Dr. Laskin's recipes (recipes below); in Tues, Fri - lentil soup, fresh vegetables and chicken meat; in Wed, Sat and Sun - soup with mushrooms and roots, stewed vegetables, 2 slices of bread and a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
  • At dinner, eat stewed vegetables, raisins, nuts and drink green tea daily.

Dr. Laskin's recipes:

Make a separate sauce: white wine (1 tablespoon), natural orange juice (2 tablespoons), orange peel (1 tsp), grated ginger (1 tsp). Add to chicken, simmer for 5 minutes.
