Condensed milk - 400 grams
Eggs - 2 Pieces
Baking Powder - 15 Grams
Flour - 1 Glass
Cream 35% - 500 Milliliters
Sugar Powder - 1/2 Cup
Chocolate - 50 Grams
How to cook "Cake" Milk Girl ""
Condensed milk, beat with eggs until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder, mix well until there are no lumps.
Take the tracing paper, neatly draw a circle on it. In the center of the circle we put 2 tbsp. the resulting dough, spoon it flatten it within the outlined circle.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the cake in the oven and bake no more than 2 minutes. As soon as it gets reddened, we immediately reach it. Ready-made cakes are cooled directly on paper, only when cool - then remove them from the paper.
In the meantime, while the cakes cool down, prepare the cream. To do this, mix the cream with powdered sugar. Stir with a spoon for 4-5 minutes. Do not overdo it - the consistency of this should be a cream, not oil.
We collect the cake, putting one cake on another and coating them with the resulting cream. Then, with the same cream, generously cover the cake on the top and sides. Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate - and in the fridge for half an hour.
